About Design Delmarva

Design Delmarva/S.E. Wagner, Architect is an architectural design firm with offices in Lewes, Delaware and Marshall, Virginia. Our primary focus is residential and commercial architecture and renovation. We work with our customers from project inception to completion, using an intuitive design process that embodies our clients vision while working within their budget and schedule.

Formed in 2000 by Principal Architect Stephen E. Wagner, AIA, the company has extensive experience working with individuals, developers, and corporate clients. Our project portfolio includes custom residences; single- and multi-family homes, town houses and condominiums; commercial and retail buildings; tenant interior fit-ups; residential and commercial additions and renovations.

Our team members are committed to delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations. We are currently licensed to practice in the states of Delaware, Virginia and Maryland.

To stay abreast of industry trends and compliance standards, Design Delmarva maintains active participation in the following professional organizations: American Institute of Architects, A.I.A. Delaware; A.I.A. Northern Virginia; International Code Council; National Fire Protection Association; Lower Delaware and Maryland Building Officials Association; and the Fauquier County Chamber of Commerce.
